Two St. Bernard Parish sheriff’s deputies, Chelsie Soulagnet who works in the Juvenile Detention Center and Michael Chachere who works in Parish Prison, graduated the Peace Officers Standards and Training, or POST, basic police training class at Slidell Regional Police Academy on April 6.
