St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office deputy honored as an Everyday Hero First Responder
St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office Dep. William “Trey” Parks was honored July 31 by WNOE 101.1, iHeartRADIO and Chic-fil-A as a New Orleans Everyday Hero First Responder.
Dep. Parks is a 10-year veteran of the Sheriff’s Office who currently serves as a member of the Field Operations Bureau Patrol Division. He also has been a firefighter with the New Orleans Fire Department for the past 12 years, currently serving as a Captain with Engine 38.
“We are proud of the work Deputy Parks does as a first responder,” St. Bernard Sheriff James Pohlmann said. “His efforts in keeping the people of St. Bernard safe are greatly appreciated.”
Along with the honor, Dep Parks received some radio swag and goodies and free Chic-fil-A for a year.
