Sheriff’s deputies get update on latest Louisiana state laws that went into effect, as well as U.S. Supreme Court rulings involving law enforcement

Veteran St. Bernard Parish Assistant District Attorney Greg Noto recently held several classes for sheriff’s deputies to update them on the latest Louisiana state laws going into effect Aug. 1, as well as go over recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions involving law enforcement. Noto, standing at left, addressed a class in the Sheriff’s Training Center at 2118 Jackson Boulevard, immediately behind the Parish Courthouse.
