D.A.R.E. graduation held at C.F. Rowley School in Chalmette

The graduation ceremony for fifth-graders in the sheriff’s Drug Abuse Resistance Education program at C.F. Rowley School in Chalmette was held May 22. D.A.R.E. essay winners were, in front from left, runners-ups MaKayla Blake and Janeshia Gibson and first-place winners Tommy Briggs and Gary Barrow. In back row are D.A.R.E. instructors Sgt.
