Chalmette ferry after an accident Friday morning

Passengers, some out of their vehicles, wait to be allowed off of a ferry boat at the Chalmette dock about 10:45 a.m. Friday after the boat reportedly lost power crossing the Mississippi River and grazed a docked barge before stopping at the ferry dock.
